The firm
One firm for the whole outdoor area
There are many steps between the first dig and a finished surface. Here they stay together instead of being split across three companies.
Wladislaw Ox runs the business from Heinsberg. We work on driveways, yards, paths, terraces, fencing and whole gardens. What carries the surface is built first: strip the soil, build the sub base, compact it, take the water away. Only then does the stone go down.
Because the same crew does the excavation, the drainage and the laying, nobody waits for the trade before them and nobody explains afterwards why the levels do not match. That is why we do not pull the trades apart.

What we build in your outdoor area
Seven areas of work, described in our own words. Most jobs draw on several of them at once.
Paving
We build driveways, paths, yards and other hard outdoor surfaces. That includes the complete build up: excavation, sub base, drainage and laying the paving properly.
Terraces
We build terraces to your own design in concrete slabs, ceramic slabs or natural stone. From preparing the ground to laying the surface, all of it comes from one hand.
New gardens and redesign
We lay out existing gardens afresh or build complete outdoor areas. That covers preparing the ground, new paths and surfaces, and a layout shaped around what you want.
Lawns and turf
We prepare ground for a new lawn and lay turf properly. Soil stripping, topsoil, the fine grade and the preparation of the area are part of the work.
Fencing
We install fencing of various kinds, above all double bar mesh fencing with matching privacy inserts. From preparation and setting the posts to the finished installation, we carry out the whole job.
Drainage and rainwater
We set drainage channels, lay pipework and build solutions for controlled soakaway and discharge of rainwater, for example through a soakaway crate.
Earthworks
We take on excavation, soil stripping, reshaping of ground levels and the building of load bearing sub bases. The layers under paving and terraces are part of that.

You receive a list of the work: excavation, sub base, drainage, kerbs and surface, in the material you choose.

Carrying it out
Soil stripping, load bearing layer, compaction, channels and pipes, then the laying. The steps fit together because they stay in one hand.

We clear the area, check the falls, the joints and the edges, and walk the finished job with you.
